I am going to keep this question open to all faiths, because I think it would be interesting if people shared their personal stories here. My personal story was when I broke my leg in 2001. well, actually, right BEFORE i broke my leg! I didn't want to go down the canyon, because i just knew I was going to break my leg! something was telling me stop! do not go into that canyon! I was at the top for a half an hour, when they sent the 9 year old up to convince me to come down into the canyon. Completely embarrassed now, I went with the kid into the canyon and thought, this isn't so bad! I found some tadpoles and scooped them up to take over to the youth group. lo and behold, my leg snapped like a twig out of thin air! and I fell to the ground! I was sure I was a goner, but then several voices were discussing me, in the white room in my head, saying it was not my time yet. ha ha! didn't even have a choice! within 6 months of the incident, I met my spouse. how cool is that?
