On 9/11 what were you doing when you heard?

i was watching tv. .. someother program.. then i saw a scroll about this incident and switched to news..

during 9/11 i was in school in my printing class and a girl came to my class and said they was blowing up the world school let out early that day i didnt know what was going on until i got home

I was at home and watched from just after the first plane struck. I made two big errors while watching. I thought the second plane was a light aircraft. I watched it live in the background as a presenter was talking. I thought that a steel frame skyscraper would withstand such damage and although burnt would still stand.

I was in bed.My son was only a year old and still did not sleep all night.So I got my oldest son off to school and laid back down and went to sleep.I woke up to my mom frantically beating my door down telling me that something was wrong.I turned on the tv and the rest is history.I was totally stunned and scared everything just happenend so fast.

I was at work when the news broke about 9/11. I remember the awful feeling I felt when I heard about this. I was also scared wondering what was going to happen next.
