Well the way batsman can be given out without his fault is when he is given LBW by umpire when it is a no ball.
Or when the batsman is run out in unfortunate circumstances like when batsman at non striker end gets runout by ball unluckly deflected by bowler onto stumps when batsman on crease hits straight back to bowler.
When batsman is runout on coliding with fielder while scampering for run and falls short off mark.
When batsman is given lbw when the ball is clearly not piched on line or when ball is too high or when the batsman is long way out of crease.
When batsman is given caught out on hearing the nick by umpire when it not ball hitting bat but bat hitting his sport gear or ball hitting sport gear.

Hey im sorry to say none of these are right...
1.LBW when it is a no ball....his fault is there..it is the bowler who did bowl a no ball.but if it was a proper ball..it wud've been out..
2.run out...it is also his fault tht he obliged to his partners call..
3.run out coliding with fielder...he shud look at where he is running..

handling the ball is the batsman fault.so i think it wont come under this category.even first option is also the batsman fault.he has to be in time.i think
1.given out by the umpire without consulting the third umpire for a catch by wicket keeper or any fielder where there is a slim chance for hitting by the batsman.
2.Batting player hit a straight drive and the ball was touched by the bowler and the ball hits the stump of the runner side.
3.retired hurt.
