Thank you to all those who responded to my previous question. I'd like to know the most efficient (cheap and fast) way to get to Boracay this summer. Would anybody know the rates for the different airlines/ferries? Thanks!

I went to Boracay last March via Zest Air. They usually have promos at 795 per way to Caticlan. Despite people saying that it's a no-no to ride their planes, my experience was actually okay. Landing at the Caticlan runway wasn't that smooth but for the reason that their runway is really short. Any other airline you try, you would experience the same thing. Flight from Manila is 30-45 minutes. From Caticlan, you would then need to go to the port and catch a boat to Boracay Island. Boat ride is about 10 minutes.

Where are you from? If you're not in the Philippines, you first have to get on a flight that takes you to Manila. Then there are several domestic carriers here that'll take you to the province of Aklan where Boracay is located. You can choose from either Philippine Airlines or Cebu Pacific (which will take you to Kalibo airport which is two hours away by land to the jetty port in Caticlan, and there are several transportation services that will take you there), or take the smaller aircrafts like Asian Spirit or Seair (which will take you directly to Caticlan). Once in Caticlan, you have to take a 20-minute "banca" (small boat) ride from the jetty port (5 minutes away from the Caticlan airport) to Boracay Island.
I might be able to help you out with regards to booking and rates, just send me a message.
