letter bombs

Anyone heard about the new spate of mail bombs in the uk? Very scary really as we all open our mail and it makes us think twice now!
I dont know how the Post office will survive!
Apparently only targetting military type addresses so maybe a bit of a nutter ex army sort
Any thoughts?
