Morning Musume's New Red-Hot Single, 'Egao Yes Nude,' and Mitsui Aika's Debut

Japan's long-time all-girls supergroup, Morning Musume, has outdone itself with a new single due to be released on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14. Called "Egao Yes Nude," the song is a hard-driving rock number that features Morning Musume's newly minted member Mitsui Aika, who was selected by Morning Musume leader Tsunku after more than a year's worth of exhausting auditions seeking an "8th generation" member or members. Morning Musume has been around for 10 years, but since the girls tend to be between 14 and 21 years of age, many changes have been made since the group was established in 1997. However, mainly because of the changes in personnel, all of Tsunku's brilliant jazz- and pop-inspired songs remain classics year after year and are repackaged in awesome, large-scale arena concerts featuring both Morning Musume, and sometimes the entire Hello!
