what do i want to do with my life

well i know most of us really dont have any idea what we want in life what we want to do in life...we get to that point where we used to know what we really wanted but all of a sudden you dont know anymore...it's like you're just staring in a blank sheet of paper not knowing what to right in there....so how do we cope up with this? any ideas? and why does this happen anyway...not to all but i know to some people it does...
