I'm curious to know who else like me have found his/her mate thanks to internet in a chat! I met my wife thanks to icq 2 years ago :) I'm from italy and she is from Siberia! :)

wow1 congratulations to you. well my friend found her mate through the internet also. but it was not through chat, it was through friendfinder website. many of my friends have a special someone over thet. oh! i also knew somebody who met her husband through chat, yahoo messenger in particular. they are now living the US. the guy is from US and the girl from our country.

I've had no experiance with this, but my older sister on the other hand is now engaged to and living with her boyfriend she met online. It wasn't a chat, but it was an online dating kind of site.... It was called Lemontonic.
