for me iverson is still the best shoot-first point guard in the league, he has the most deadliest crossover, very quick at his feet, goes to the free throw line more than any big guys in the league. for gilbert arenas... arenas uses his strength and speed to score, in fairness to arenas he can score outside particularly in the three point area better than iverson. but overall iverson for me is still is the best shooting point guard in the league, he is far more talented than arenas

Oh common, Allen Iverson is now more of a pass-first player when he entered Denver. Agent Zero is still shoot-first because of his shooting abilities and his quickness. Too bad Arenas is injured (Do check out my post in Washington Wizards).

thats what makes allen iverson so deadly. he was known for his scoring in philly but now, since he's got carmelo anthony and a bunch of big time scorers in denver, he doesn't need to score much, but instead, he could get everybody involved. iverson attracts so much defense since he can both score and run the game. we'd expect denver to run up next season once this tandem has fully adjusted with each other

Allen Iverson is the better all around point guard. Gilbert Arenas is a better shooter than Iverson, but Iverson is overall a more talented point guard.

I would have to say Allen Iverson. I've been watching his skills since he played college ball for Georgetown. He is a very talented player that I think a lot of times just gets misunderstood. He is also very sexy...lol.

definitely allen iverson. he has already proven himself in philadelphia. he brought the sixers to the 2001 playoffs with a not so star-studded and high quality line-up and defeated the shaq and kobe led lakers in game 1, a series which everybody thought would end up as a lakers sweep. gilbert arenas so far has been good on setting his own scoring but has only brought the wizards to the second round so far. considering that arenas have better teammates compared to iverson during his 76ers days
