How to help a friend who is going through emotional trauma?

My friend is going through emotional trauma.she is heart borken and hurt. Her fiance for past three years suddenly abandoned her for the reason that she is declared infected with HBV.They were about to get married soon.....only for the precaution matter,she undergone blood test and here begin the disater of their love story.Her blood test was positive for HBV(inactive state) and to be honest she revealed that result to him (her fiance). Ofcourse,its your life and you have every right to make decisions but,i can not understand the point whether he is doing justice to my friend!!!!! She is hurt like a hell....she even tried commiting suicide.She is telling that there is no point of living life with STD which scared her fiance to death. I m helpless....pls advice me how to help my friend come out from this trauma????????

I am a hbver too,hbv is not so terrible to everybody.but what is so disappoint that in china ,hbver like me live unhappy, because the social people dont't know this sickness, though it is no so bad that we can live as common .
tell your friend ,it is just so so.like me ,live happy and active .

Hey,dont be upset....Its a bit late to respond your comment.Life is full of mystery and one dont know what gonna happened next moment!!! As Indian saints believes in Karma,just take it as your fate and dont give up thinking that you got some reason to be upset.Many men many mind,so can't stop others fom the way they think and their perceptions.I m repeatedly telling this to my dearest fren too.Now a days she is in stable condition.Take care of your health.I have read lots of article on HBV in internet and it doesn't seems that terrible as people thinks of it,if u maintain good diets and avoids alcholic product,I guess you can congtoll onto ur health,Cheers up!!!!

WOW, I am so sorry for her friend,Since she had been with him for 3 years, is it possible that he gave her the STD? And maybe wants to blame her for it. I think she needs to tell him to get tested. Have they been true to each other? if so and she hasnt been with anyone else, then chances are,that he has.
She needs to realize she deserves happiness regardless and deserves a man who will stick with her and love her for her,and that she can find happiness, she deserves a full life and this jerk isnt work losing her life and her chance of happiness over. I know it hurts her now, but she is better off without him.
