who else is single and loving it? or single and looking?

anyone else out there single and loving it or are you single and looking. i'm loving being single. i find it to be work being with someone. i love to be alone and not have to worry aobut anyone but me and my daughter. i also don't want people in and out of her life so for now it's what's best for the both of us. i love to focus all my time and energy on her and i dont' want to be bothered by a relationship.

Being single is fun for a time. But being single is about you figuring out who you are and what you want in your life and what you want in and from your future spouce. Knowing that will bring the person of your dreams to your doorstep.

I don't know everything and I will certainly never claim to. But everyone is different and their is no diffinitive answer for everyone I don't believe.
Saying that I think the reason you're having the time of your life (maybe just a good time :P) is because you're spending time with you daughter so you aren't lonely. But for someone else who is single and really has no one other than friends, then it is a different story.

right i agree. i'm sure once my daughter is older and doesn't want to spend that much time with me than maybe i might feel differentlyl.

thanks for the response. i think your absolutely right but i have figured out who i am and what i want and what i want is to be single. even when your single to try and get your life figured out and in order doesn't mean you will want someone after that.

i'm exactly the same. before when i was dating i'd be with someone for 2 weeks then lose interest. it never lasted very long. i really wasn't into it i think. just didn't want to try not becuase they weren't nice just becuase i didn't really want to be with anyone.

why do you need to be with someone to be happy. can't you make yourself happy in life. i'm happy with my life and i don't have a partner. i feel complete by myself. some people i guess can feel complete with out a partner.

I'm single...but not exactly loving it Or looking. I'm floating in between. Sometimes I think it's nice to be single but really the older I get, the more I wish I was with someone. I have 3 kids and it didn't work out with their dad because he was a big poop (putting it nicely!) so I'm a little leary of finding someone that I trust my kids to be around and that would accept me as I am with my kids. I'm not looking because honestly, I don't have time to look with raising my family. But it sure does get lonely sometimes... I can be surrounded by people and still be lonely... It'd be nice to have a partner to share the joys and trials of life with.

i bet it's really hard to find time to date with 3 kids. i only have one and have no time for anything. good luck to you. hope you find everything you want in life.

oly im will be migrating soon....to a different continent....so i might loose him!! so im doin all teh boasting while i still can lol

sometimes i dont feel lonely at all and then other times i have blue days.
its hard i think when you have something you really want to share and all your friends are busy or you just dont feel that people "get" you. Do you know what i mean?
but yeah. most of the time i am more than happy not having anyone around but i know i am very much dependent or peoples coming or i iget myself upset. i was reading on here the other day that there is a real phobia of being on your own. I think i have that!

i know what you mean. i'm lucky i have best friends who just live next door to me so if i do need to share something with someone they are always there for me.
