photobucket.com is a great photo album gallery. but it has this problem :/ Share-a-pic is the only one photo gallery that I know make thumbnail http://www.shareapic.net/ and you can earn money using it... I think photobucket is the best. if you want a thumbnail you should resize the image by yourself. I do this.
