What is the criteria of payment on mylot?

I have been here for 2 days..but nothing seems to move up..how many discussions. what level of participation is necessary? Any vetrans out there?

but i thought you get paid per month, like if minimum payment is 10$, you get paid every month, if its, 100$ you get paid every ten months, is it that hard to earn money
