mylot have deducted 10$ from my january month's earnings?

i dont know the reason why!...i also experienced the earning deduction today!...i was amazed because my 10 dollarz decreases into 9 dollarz!...hoping that the management will send us some alerts that explains what is going on and that will answer all our questions in mind right now!...
