Weight Loss Surgery

Hello! I was wondering if there is anyone out there that has had the lap band surgery and what you thought of it. I will soon be starting the program to get the surgery done. I am nervous but excited. Any input would be great..thank you

I don't know about that. I am against all surgery methods for one to lose weight. Please a beg of you to try an alternative such as "Fit For Life", by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond. The paperback book is only $7.99 plus tax. Trust and believe this books will HELP! All losing weight is disciplining oneself. Self-restraint, and self-control.
