Wordpress help here please!!!!

If any one here hosts their own domain and uses wordpress, I would love to hear from you! I am trying to upload a new theme/template. I have it saved on my desktop in an unzipped file, but I have no clue how to upload it from my desktop into my wp file. If anyone here is familiar with this type of thing and give me any help, I will be eternally grateful!!

Man, you are the answer to my prayers! I've also been figuring how to upload the wordpress themes to the wp-directory whatever! I hope it'll work this time now.
