temperature regulation

I have built a incubator but cannot get the temp to regulate. I have a blower fan, heat coil, two egg turner trays, and a wafer thermostat. the heating coil is in the bottom of the incubator, the wafer is in the top. I can get it set to 100 degrees but it will drop down to 95 before the thermostat will kick on again. How can I lessen the temp differencial? gberan@aol.com
