I do. I remember telling my eldest daughter accompanied with pictures about Mickey Mouse as Jack and the beanstalk. My daughter loves that story so much that she wanted me to keep repeating that story to her every night until I had totally memeorize every lines and expressions in the story. I even had to act out for her. My girl is now a grade schooler and she loves to read books of any kind. Its a good start for implementing your kids to appreciate the value of reading.

I read stories to my children at night sometimes , I don't do it every night but my three year old loves to be read to and if someone is not busy it does help put her to bed easier . She is like a sponge that absorbs everything though so we have to watch what we read to her as I have noticed that the bad guys in the book always scare her .
