Smoking kills ???

i know smoking is injurious to health...but still i smoke... help me quit it and any idea how its injurious to the health

dear friend ideas is in your mind but injurious is in your body so smoke is not only 4 you harm full. it is harm full 4 them also who are live with U.

i have quit smoking with the patches and at the one month mark. i would be more than happy to messafe with you about it. you should join http://www.quitnet.com tell us how many you smoke, for how long adn why you wanna give up!!! Don't smoke, you'll smell!!!
