Is this just for a data mining job of some sort? Wish I could help, but I don't know of anyway to get that information from over there.

Why is it important and urgent? Sounds kind of like you are looking to send spam to them, The only place you would be able to get a record ofhomeowners isfrom thetax records, and I'm pretty sure its illegal for them to give it to you. Do you have any idea justhow big that list is, by the way?

Actaully I was looking for someone who I only know the area they liv einadn that they own there own home. i was not planning on spamming them. I was just looking for a better to get the information I needed than to hire someone.
