I just wanna ask all the working women along the mylotian who are successful both as a professional as well as good mothers..Do u really feel that women can accomplish both tasks successfully...or do you feel women should concentrate on one only....since either bringing up of child would be affected or any other reasons such as disturbance in the marriage life or social life.. what u think personally????all users would be rated

It's contingent on the priorities of a mother. There are some who get there being a good mom and a careerwoman. Managing time for both shouldn't be so hard. There's time for everything if one just sits and calculate the hours in a day which can be put to good use. Spending enought time on children after the office work is done will make for a good mom and a career woman.

Yes woman can keep a perfect balance between career and home and my wife is a perfect example of the same. She is managing both family life and career very well keeping a balance between the same. We have two children whom she has to take care of and also manages all household work. Never need to complain that something is missing.

Yes woman can defenitely keep perfect balance between the household as well as the carrrier provided she has enough will power and courage to do so ...provided she doesnt have the courage and will power to do both she cant acheive either of them properly and wid proper care ......

you are quite right when a women is worjing she is balancing herself on a very thin rope one wrong move and it could bring turmoil in her life. She has to be careful not only balancing her time between family and work but also her attitde towards various people. His attitude towards her assocites and others with whom she is dealing at work. All these things are key to keep life smooth.

It can be done, but not 100% successful with either, as you are split, and will be very tired. I personally am old fashion, with the values of then. I think that if people want to be parents, they need to spend the time raising their own children. If there are money problems, then it cannot be done. But, if possible, nothing will replace the true raising by one of the parents full time.

Yes I think it's possible, but the woman has to be reasy for the extra work. If a woman is succesful in business and want a family on the side, it's more or less the same as working two jobs. So in short... It's hard work, but it's possible, and hopefully worth it.

Of course! Everything is possible to a determined person. What is difficult is the balancing act that women should do in order to fill in both roles properly. Managing your time and effort could be a key but you should have the perseverance to stand all these difficulties.
