Do you know how E-book really work ?

We all know that the paperback and the hard cover book would cost us at least $5 up to hundreds or thousands of dollars but do you ever imagine that by using the E-book you can save up to 80% of your expenses.
Actually,I don't really know how to use it on the PDA and others than my computers.
Did anyone knew about this and can anyone help me ?

I have fun downloading tons of ebooks and read it using my pda. When you're using palm os, there's a quick install program where you can add whatever ebooks that you have already downloaded on your computer. Make sure that you have a palmreader in your your pda so that you can view the ebook.
