i know for a fact that it is very dangerous but many people regardless of there age talk on their cell while driving. i have seen my friends do it all the time and i usual discourage them too.
what should the government enforce to stop this?
how do you feel ?
have you ever done it before?

Here its against the law to talk on your cell while driving. You can get fined heavily or if the policeman is in a bad mood you could even sit in jail for a day for talking on your cell while driving. Apart from that they constantly make announcements on the radio about using a headset or pulling over and then talking if its urgent.
Unfortunately there are still people willing to risk their lives and those of others by talking on their cells while driving.

I am guilty of this myself, but since having my daughter I have stopped doing it, because i realize how stupid it is and how dangerous it is.
I beleive there should be laws prhibiting this and you should loose points & possibly your license after being warned.
