My first ever music concert at 30......how sad!

But very very exciting. I'm going to see Evanescence tonight in Melbourne. I can't wait. This will be my first ever concert and Evanescence is my favourite band. I've been to see CATS and Puppetry of the Pen*s before, but never a live ROCK concert. WOO HOO

ohh awesome! i love evanescence! my first musical concert experience was...EVANESCENCE(at 19 and my first concert ever). Most of my friends had already been to concerts by the age of 15 lol. I even went by myself because I couldnt find anybody who wanted to go with me, even though I didnt have anyone to chat with it was still the best ever. I got floor tickets, and was standing about 3 people away from the stage :D. I also got my CD signed by 4 of the bandmembers, only thing that sucked was that Amy didnt stay out long to sign CDs so I didnt get her autograph. Other than that though the whole thing just rocked overall.
Theyre playing close to me on March 22nd and I'm really hoping I can go.

I couldn't have asked for a better first concert experience. They rocked! I would definitely go and see them again, and again and again. I had seating tickets but we were only 3 rows back from the floor. I really wish I could have had floor tickets, but I know I couldn't have possibly stood for that long.

I have never been to a musical concert either but I can imagine it would be very exciting to go to one so I bet you are jumping all over the place with excitement and I do hope that you enjoy it, it is one of the things that I have on my list to go and see this year.

Aw, I know that you're going to have a great time! I really like the music of Evanescence, but I haven't been to a rock music concert in a long, long time. I have been to quite a few concerts, some free and some paid, but my first musical concert experience was The Monkees & Weird Al on the Monkees anniversary tour when I was about 13. I was absolutely obsessed with the Monkees back then. The first cassette that I ever bought with my own money that I saved up was also a Monkees cassette! So I absolutely loved that first concert experience. ^_^
