For actual news and events I guess all TV networks are the same ,because I dont think there is a network that would traffic false information . But INTERPRETATION of the news is what counts , and this interpretation varies greatly from one TV channel to another ,depending on the political inclinations of the country of the channel , the owner of the channel and the targeted AUDIENCE .If you want 2 different interpretations of the same events ,you can watch FOX channel and ALJAZIRA channel on such topics as the Arab-Israeli conflict , terrorism ,Jihad etc

We have no alternative but to listen to TV news. But it's up for us to evaluate such news. Sometimes, media is also commercialized that they don't feed us with the plain truth. They edit in such a way to sensationalize sometimes to gain more audience. They are not 100% reliable but as I said, we have no other alternative but to listen to them.

I don't think they are that reliable because the people who write the news don't usually look at all the facts. Sometimes it's one sided even. I don't personally like the news, I like knowing about what's new instead.

Yeah for sure! why not? TV channels nowdays really cool esp stuff like times now,NDTV 24/7 and CNN IBn.They provide alot of news apart from the regular stuff and they also dig into issues in a more deeper way.

Of course not. It's filtered by the media giants, it's filtered by the information that is made availalble, and it's filtered by the people that report it...
