I think my favorite family guy episode quote would be Stewie's "What the deuce" or when he make a comment to Peter and calls him "Fat Man"...its the way he says it that makes it so funny. And, I know its not really a quote, but my frien can do it...I cant, but Peter's laugh is one of the funniest things ever!!!

The woman who kisses on the very first date is usually a hussy, and a woman who kisses on the second time around is anything but fussy, and the woman who kisses on third time around, head in the clouds, feet on the ground, shes the girl hes glad he found, shes his shapoopi.

These two aren't my ONLY favorite FG quotes, but they are definitely in the top 3:
-when Peter is talking to the plumber with the eyes that are really close to each other, and says, "I have to draw you...You're why cavemen painted on walls." LOL
-When the Black Knight says, "Hey, what's YOUR fat @ss doing here?", and the guy on the fat donkey goes, "He's my only means of conveyence..."
