Anna Nicole Smith Refused to give dna to california in regards to her daughter.

Do you agree with the medical examiner being allowed to forfit her dna to the courts in california in the case of paternity of her daughter? I personally think they should not be allowed to do this as it was widely known that she had refused to give up her dna to these people.

I didn't know she had refused to give up her own dna. That seems a bit strange since it was pretty obvious that the child belonged to her.
The father's identity is what is being challenged and I don't think the mother's dna is required to determine that.

With this being such a high profile case, it is mandated that the DNA be extracted. It is imparative to determine who the childs biological Father is. As sad as it is, it is a necessary evil to find out who will inherit Anna's fortune.
