is there any need for special days like valentines day?

well, most of your reply supports you expect few... Im sorry to say im aginst you in this topic.. To me we should have these days.. I agree with u that every day is valentines day but to be very practical in life if every day is valentines day then we may not bother it after some months, we may have d love with in us without fading but the way we express it on the real valentine's day may not be the same if all are valentine's day.... If it was on that day only we will expect it all thro the yr.... For the lovers all day is valentine's day... I agree...

i think my be yes cos most of people need reason to rejuvinate themselves so its a better way to have special days like that

No there's gotta to be special days like these where you specialy dedicate time for your valentine.I mean you would'nt daily go for the movies your bf right?So thats why we need days like valentines day.Moreover if all days were ordinary days then life would suck.LOL

Well, I think these 'special days' aren't neccessary. One can express love towards another even if it isn't Feb14th. =) I think theses 'special days' are just there for people to look forward to something. =)
