Fondue recipes

Does anyone have a really good cheese fondue recipe? I'm looking for something fairly simple to make. I know one good recipe calls for gruyere, emmental, and kirsch, I'm looking for something without the kirsch, with more common ingredients. Would it still be good with just gruyere, emmental, flour, and a bit of cream or does it need something else? I'd love to hear your favorite fondue recipes!
