Pay pal account balance

Though i earned some amount through myLot and other paid sites but when i log in to my Pay pal account, it shows zero balance. Why this is so can anyone help me out?

i think u have not earned enough for the payout...you shld reach minimum of 10$ in mylot for reflecting that amount in your paypal account.....earn 10$ in mylot n on 15th of that month they will pay you....and then ur paypal balance will be reflected
