I you could get hypnotized/go through hypnotherapy, what would you want to accomplish? If there was one thing you could change what would it be?

As I've gotten older I've become more and more of a procrastinator. This is something I would desperately like to change. While it doesn't really effect anything of great importance, it is stressful and I even have nightmares about putting off homework in High School and ultimately being held back a grade and I'm 30! lol

I'm not a procrastinator to the point of total self-demise but it's bad enough that I've been consciously working on it for some time now.
This is a good time too because my husband is in Iraq and it has created a new sense of urgency in me. This might be my cure!
Thanks for the best response btw. :)

I am going to have some more hypnotherapy later in the year, once I have finished with the endocrinologist, so that I can maximise my energy levels. Shock has a very bad effect on my illness, due to the adrenaline release, and it exaccerbates the destruction of my tissues. If I can be hypnotised to reduce the level of stress and improve my reaction to shock, I should be able to increase my energy levels.
It has a good probable outcome since I have already used hypnotherapy successfully to rid myself of my terror of cats.
I suppose what I would like to accomplish was a return to a normal life, or the pace of life which I used to have.
