I'm walking everyday 1 hour it's about 6 km/hr, it's good for health, body, good mood, fresh air, cleaning the had.

According to American Medical books, jogging is the best exercise which burns more calories than other exercises. But some people who are above 55 or 60 cannot jog and they do brisk walking. I do brisk walking and I traverse 4.5 kms. It does a lot good to our health, particularly improving digestive system, pains of all kinds vanishes. I feel that people of all ages should do either jogging or brisk walking/or swimming every day to keep fit.

It's good exercise, it burns calories and can help keep my blood pressure down. And I can see the shops out on the streets and see what's going on in town.

Well I have to walk from home to reach the buss stop and then I have to walk from buss stop to my collage. so basically i m walking like 30 mins every day. and I get is that I read my collage and get home :P

yes i walk daily. when i go market and meet some one i go by walk . and i realise that i am going to younger

Mostly I just walk to and from the bus stop and around the tafe..
