According to American Medical books, jogging is the best exercise which burns more calories than other exercises. But some people who are above 55 or 60 cannot jog and they do brisk walking. I do brisk walking and I traverse 4.5 kms. It does a lot good to our health, particularly improving digestive system, pains of all kinds vanishes. I feel that people of all ages should do either jogging or brisk walking/or swimming every day to keep fit.

yes i walk daily. when i go market and meet some one i go by walk . and i realise that i am going to younger

Mostly I just walk to and from the bus stop and around the tafe..
