Exercise or Aerobics classes , these classes can be great fun. Moreover, many fitness centres offer a variety of classes to suit a variety of fitness levels. Definitely worth checking out! and they help too a lot .If you can’t get out, or if the weather is bad, organise an indoor exercise routine for yourself. An easy exercise and stretch plan .

ya ..wel exercise defenitely keeps us fit. i prefer yoga to these gym exercisses. especially for ladies yoga is more suitable.these days ,life style has so changed that no1 has time to really exercise. aslo exercise is quite tiring. we need more rest than exercise. wat to do.....times r changing

Exercising to keep fit is an individual process. Visit your local fitness center for an assessment. They will help you design a fitness program that meets your needs. But, first, check with your doctor to find out how strenuously you can exercise.do something that involves a lot of your muscles but doesn't put a lot of strain on them for AT LEAST 15 minutes every other day

oh cool like that i didnt knew.well i dont do excercise to make me fit.i am fit cause i was born git.hehehe.what a lier am i.

I don't exercise unless you count running around cleaning my house and chasing after my little one's all day exercise . I know I should get out there more but never feel I have the time or the energy to do so . I do more in the summer as it is warmer and I like to take the little one's for a walk once in awhile but as far as a daily basis , just can't see fitting that in my schedule even though I know I should .
