Have you ever began reading a book and somewhere between the middle and the end you become anxious about the end. So you go to the end and read it then return to the place you left off and continue reading, very satisfied because you know the end regardless of the travesties in the book? Let me know.

Most time i go to the end of book and read it.I will never return to the place i left.Sometimes i just read some pages and then throw it away. There is so many news from TV,internet, newspaper,i do not have the patience to read all of a book.

I understand Bufu2u, about the news, and internet. We just have to space our time. Decide each day we get up just what it is we desire to do and what it is we need to do.

I ALWAYS do that! Every book I've read since I was a teenager, thats what I do. I try not to, but then, I just get so impatient with waiting.

Actually I do recall doing that on the rare occasion . I am not one of these people that if I know the end it ruins it for me . I hate not knowing what is going to happen and hate having to wait to find out lol .

True that. I'm glad there's others that do that.

I don't skip to the end. I'll skip paragraphs, because I'm not paitent enough to finish a page if a climactic event is happening, but I try to stay away from the last page until I get to it legitimately. With movies, I'm even more picky about spoilers. I change the channel if I see a review or a trailer.

Sometimes I skip sentences and paragraphs when I'm impatient. lol I find that most movie trailers aren't included in the released movie and I get disapointed because that was what caused me to go see the movie in the first place.

Nawl. I like to start what I have begun. Personally I think it's cheating. It does a mind good to be mentally stimulated. Just read the book and go with osmosis. :)

I can agree with you on that Zoomzoom, but some like to lick the tootsie roll pop and others like to get right to the center and just crunch through to it. lol I can take a lick and I can take a crunch. It all depends on the book.

OOOHHHH NNOOOOO!!!! That just KILLS the whole book. I just make myself wait. Unless the book is really boring and I wanna know if could possibly get any better, I'll flip to the middle or the end.

Yes, but not all that often. Sometimes you just can't take the suspense.. Usually I peek when I'm real worried about the characters, and want to make sure they survive!

Oh gosh, and I thought I was the only one! But usually I'll just do it if I'm totally SURE of what's going to happen.....I just check to see if I'm right or not! If I find my mind wandering while I'm reading, wondering how it's going to end, deciding on what the ending is or SHOULD be, that's when I'll take a peek. Somehow it eases my mind so I can concentrate on reading it better!
