First of all, when you say do we believe in incest, are you asking if we believe it happens or if we are for or against the practice? I'll answer both questions. Yes, I believe that incest occurs. Not only is incest morally wrong, it is also scientifically wrong, because children conceived as a result of incestual acts can have serious birth defects.

Yes I do believed in incest because it has happened my cousin. She fall inloved with her first cousin as well and they got married and have kids. I have never thought that incest could happen to a family since both of them living in same house and they were very closed we thought nothing is wrong with their closeness until we found out that my cousin was pregnant with her cousin. Until now they are married and have kids. But the eldest son was abnormal.

I do believe this and also believe this is forbidden, is you see this form medical view , if you do this your kids will be abnormal.

Yes I do. It happens anywhere in the world. You see it in Tv and read about it in newspapers. Of course you are always shocked when you see or hear about this, and you start to wonder what is happening to our world today.
