My best friends dad died and she cant help thinking about it. how can she stop?

my best friends dad died from falling down the steps and a nail went through his eye... she was home alone and right now she keeps on getting flash backs... how cam she stop thinking about how he died ever 5 sec. i want to help her out.

I think your best friend needs to see a counselor who can tell him/her how to better deal with it. What a hard thing to go through. Better to be dealt with now than save it for later.
