whenever i walk on the street, there are so many people who are begging , i can not believe the number

i agree with you. many people beg on the subway, street and other public places. most of them my not the poors but to earn money in this way. i read some reports, someone even force the little child to beg or theat. our government should try to control this.

I, agree there is too many people just standing in the sidewalks asking for people's money. But on the other hand would you rather have them begging for your money or just walk up to you and take your money. You have to think about the 2 sides of the view there, that's the real answer.
