hi kabayan!
I really see what the problem to this discussion and why does it has no response for it was not complete! and I see the additional information on the tags lol!
do you mean how to prepare grilled ears of a pig or what we called in our native tonque as sisig, I'm I right? hope so.
We really love to prepare a sisig every sunday when family is together and made some videoke afterwards and sisig is best as pulutan.

You really made ulam with sisig well it was a nice viand too but for me it is a good pulutan.
Binangonan rizal is a one ride away from ortigas it was between antipolo and tanay.

oh i see thats where binangonan is when i was a kid i red the legend of your town in some books myths and legends i enjoy reading down when i was a kid, though im planning to buy a philippine map so i can chek where the place is located ahahahaha yap its good when inulam, kahit pag nag iinuman sila nakikipulutan lang ako at mang aasar na sila if gusto ko ng kanin? dahil pulutan lang ang inuubos ulamin konadaw kaya pag nasa mall ako at may sizzlers ayon ang order ko ay sisig na may kanin pero pinapatanggal ko yung itlog mas trip ko ang wala, where kabayan naman eh so i will speak in out native tongue:P
