do you start a discussions with a pre determination that you are going to get 100's of responses ?
how do you feel your discussions get none of the responses?
do you think that you are not good at posting or others didnt understand what you exactly mean?
or you have never ever thought of it and went on just posting and responsing without any thing under consideration?
i thought of this because some of my post didn't get any response and there are so many discussions who get 0,1,2,3,4,5 responses and only a few get 100s of responses
do you get angry when you get few response what exactly do you feel ?please share it

I do not feel bad just because my discussion topic has not received any response. What I always appreciate is 2 of my responses have received 1000+ responses, 5 of my topics have more than 750 responses, 20 of them have more than 500+ responses and 100 of them have more than 50+ responses. Hence I only feel probably mylotians had no time to look at those topics which have received 1 or 0 responses. What is interesting is one fine morning someone pick that topic and respond to it. I have patience to wait.

It really doesn't bother me much when I don't get a response. I know all of us have tons of people to respond to each day. Sometimes I think our responses get shoved way back the post list because alot of us make new ones all day long. Sometimes our discussions never get seen. There is a place here at mylot to go and answer unanswered topics. It ry to go there and respond to people when I get time. I try to make good discussions when I make them. Alot of discussions don;t get responded to because no one can relate or come up with several sentences to reply back with, I think.

When I started a couple of weeks ago and started my 1st discussions I was dissapointed that I didn't get any responses. Then I decided to just respond and listen to what others have to say about how to get the most out of mylot. After I followed that advise my discussions that I have started since have recieved 25 or more responses. So while I have been getting responses, I don't think it is as important to me as it was in the beginning. I would like to have a discussion just take off and receive over 100 responses, but I'm not going to get upset if it doesn't happen. Good luck to you here at mylot!

I feel very disappointed as my intention behind starting a post is always to get responses. But I wait that maybe some new people see my discussions by chance and give me responses :)

Honestly, I don't feel anything. I just kept on moving to the next topic that interest me. It doesn't mean that you're posting topics that people thoght are not okay. With so many topics and discussions posted, you won't be able to respond to each of them. Hey, I post my respond to you. Just shrug it off. You can check my site. I posted a few but only few people bothered to reply.
