Do you have an ambition in life? What did you do to reach your ambition??

Since i was a kid it was my ambition to become a nurse. SInce it was free to dream,I was always dreaming of attending the patients and healing,curing and treating them. After my graduation in High School,my family gather together and ask me what course do i want to take. It certainly come to my thinking to become a nurse,so i told them that i want a nursing course.I thought that they were against it because the tuition was so expensive. Year 1996,I took the entrance exam of the school in my hometown and was accepted. I was so happy!!! Others ask me,why nursing,when in fact that's a difficult course. They were telling me the pros and cons. But i never gave up. However,after graduating from nursing,my mind and heart was opened to what they say was true,that nursing course and profession is indeed difficult. And in fact i became skin and bone because of my studies and hospital duty. But regardless of how difficult my situation was,I can say that i deserved it and have met my ambition in life,to become a full pledge nurse. I therefore conclude that ambition is good as long as you will not be hitting others below the belt just for you to reach your ambition in life.
