what should a pet eat?

should my pet pet eat only dog food (pedigree) or it's ok to give him food made in house... i read some weeks ago that the dog food isn't so healty for pets, i has some kind of toxines

He can eat other stuff too. Just be careful of what you give him. A lot of people feed a BARF diet. Basically it's all meat that people cook for their pet. Pedigree isn't good food. There are lots of great ones - Innova, California Natural, Royal Canin, etc. Do some research online and you should find information about pricing, ingredients, and more on some better brands.

it is ok to give your dog food made in the house but not always. there are some nutritions that only dog food can give and nutritions that house made foods can give, so i suggest to give your dog both. but it is still best to consult to a vet about the best food for your dog
