celebrities in the senate/congress: plain stupid.

They don't know basic parliamentary procedures. They don't know how to properly speak plain democratically authoritative English. They don't know the 'rules', basically. And our country needs laws and reforms and more intelligent projects available to many and to the needy.
Should we or should be not support celebrities running for a seat in the legislature?

Why don't we just let America take over our country so we can all leave this place? So many celebrities who are taking advantage of their popularity to gain votes, position and power. They are all really into it for the money and fame. These people have lost their conscience. I think the government system of the Philippines should be revamped. Only the rich getting richer and the poor, poorer. We need a government for the people.
