JAVA has the framework which provides middle-ware services for Web-enabled modeling and transaction processing, security and automation of server taska through JAVA enabled Web-server's and application server's support, which is not provided by C++. JAVA was mainly build not for simple OOPS tasks but for a large Managemnet cebtric tasks ehich involves integration of different Management Information systems..

No doubt JAVA is the one which rules becoz i think no other language will support errorr handling mechanism than java.......?

in c++ langauge opps is most wounderful langauge and it has the concept of class and object,encapsulation,polymorphism,inheritance.
