The object of sports and games is physical and emotional refreshment. Some exercise for the body. It has nothing to do with money. When participating in a number of global tournments became important requiring world-wide air travel and staying in Star Hotels, some sponsorships and endorsements have become necessary. Some prize money was also required. Today, we find that the object of sport has moved from playing to watching on TV or personally waving national flags. Just few people play. Millions watch. But betting has taken the sports to most obnoxious levels. How do you view?
