Alcohol and Scool

I am a stdent at a certain school in NAMIBIA . My big concern is alcohol among school children.School children are drinking so heavily. Alcohol has become their daily dring. They have swopped it with water.
1. Do you think school children should drind alcohol?
2. What can be done?
