$25 Million prize is up for grabs - who will win it?

February 10, 2007 8:32am CST
Sir Richard Branson and Al Gore have just anounced a $25m competition to find the best way to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Sir Richard said humankind must realise the scale of the crisis it faced. The fact that they have put up $25m in prize money gives an indication of serious this threat is. Although the human race faces it greatest challenge ever I'm confident that the prize money will be won. Just look what happened when large sums of money was put up as a prize for the first commericla space flight. I just hope that we come up with a solution before it's too late.
