What's a good prepaid dial up internet service?

I'm looking for a dial up service that has unlimited hours and you can pay monthly, not yearly or for 6 months. Does anyone know of a website that offers this?

What is your location? It would be cheaper if you subscribe to your local ISP. more or less they have different packages which for sure includes a package for unlimited use.
