brandy's fatal accident "should she be charged or not?

I was talking to my aunt a little while ago and she brought to my attention how one would feel if it was their family member killed recklessly. I am a devoted Brandy fan, I always have been. However, we are talking about someone's life here. This woman was married with children. They say she had three jobs and it sounds to me like she was very needed. Not only that, she just didn't deserve to die like this. I am honest enough to say that with my level of anxiety, I do not want to drive. You can never allow yourself to get so comfortable behind the wheel that you forget that you are taking your life and everyone else's on the road with you into your hands. I know that the family will probably ask for a lot of money, but how much would you charge for a love ones life. The husband still has to raise these children and we know how expensive that can be. Then there's the emotional exspenses. I could go on forever. The point is that this is a horrible situation for everyone involved.
