When I broke a guy's heart I never understand why he was crying and angry at me at the same time until I broke my heart.
When it was my turn to be heartbroken twice, that was hmmm long time ago the first time was almost 4 years. It hurt so much to be betrayed and cheated that I cried for a week over this guy. Maybe much of it was because I am more pissed and angry than sad that we were over. My friends were my soundboard, even if i ramble for days, they were there to listen and cheer me up.
The second time I my heart got broken was 3 years ago. I cried for the longest time ever because I was really sad, I can't even eat right. It was a love I wasn't ready to give up but he did because of distance. We had a great relationship until he decided to settle in California for good. Its always a good thing to have friends in times like this. They kept me company anywhere and whatever things I wanted to do and they make things easy for me. Since then, I did not get involved in another relationship.

When I first fell in love I thought as we all think that it will last forever, when it ended i spent my days crying and crying and more crying, my make up would not stay on for more than 5 minutes. i felt the world had ended but my mum reassured me that broken hearts do mend and that if it was yours to start with it will come back to you and if it wasnt it wasnt meant to be, i really do think that everything happens for a reason. Your friend will need your friendship more than anything now just try and comfort her and assure her that life goes on and in time the pain will fade. its not much comfort i know but she will look back on this time and one day beable to give advice also but at the moment she cant see the wood for the trees.

Don't waste time crying over someone that was evidently not for you. There is a saying "If you love something, set it free. If it comes back it is yours, if it does not it was never yours". Or something like that. God has a perfect person out there for everyone. You just have to wait and that person will come. Usually when you least expect it.
