How to utilise my Paypal account ....

Hi, I hav a balance of nearly 25.75$ in my paypal account . Me from India and just wanted to use this paypal account for my spending. How best I can do my spending of this amount . I am ready to do online trading or investing in some other web site for earning more or can u please suggest me how best I can utilise this amount . More appropriate response is expected by me . Can u please suggest ?

I am sorry to inform you that, account created in India cannot add bank account to their PayPal account. The only option is to request a check but the minimum check you can withdraw is $150.00 USD. So I think it will be better to use the $.00 USD that you have to purchase something using ebay.because paypal and ebay belongs to same company!
